Channel4 have \"Halfwit\'s Tears\" listed as a \"best bit\"!

I have watched BB from the start and understand the nature of reality tv but to say a poors guy's tears are a "best bit" is dubious at best after watching the incident last night.
I still can't beleive Bea has not been reprimanded or thrown out as in previous bullying incidents. My only hope is that one of the others breaks a rule so they are all put up again and this time we get a chance to vote out.

I cant believe Im saying this but I really hope Marcus stays at least he has some balls:thumbs:
If you feel so sorry for halfwit vote for the poor lamb to be evicted:eureka:

halfwit needs to grow up :nono:

If you mean by growing up he should become a hardnosed ,manipulative bully I hope he does not. There are enough of those around.
I admire his individualistic approach to life...it is sad that growing up means you hvae to be defensive and lose trust.
I originally admired Bea but after her watching her systematically find everyones weaknesess (and using Freddies observations to help) she then uses this to manipulate them. She knows Lisa needs allies. so uses David then turns on Freddie. I know its supposed to be a game show but last night was painful not entertaining.
If she stays in much longer I doubt I'll watch. Its giving a v bad message to bullies out there.

Bea went to a single sex boarding school from the age of 11,in that enviroment you learn to fight your corner because you have to ,shes articulate because of her private education ,you percieve her as a strong self confident woman because of that ,she isnt a bully

yeah I noticed that too. Not very nice.

Tracyjay 12-08-2009 03:52 PM

I went to a single sex school and I knew many strong confident women. However there is a difference I believe in being strong and confident and another in using that to undermine and intimidate others. True strength doesnt need to do that.
my dictionary states:

"bul·ly 1 (bl)
n. pl. bul·lies
1. A person who is habitually cruel or overbearing, especially to smaller or weaker people
To treat in an overbearing or intimidating manner.
2. To make (one's way) aggressively."

She finds their weaknesses and then goes for it.
Hopefully her weakness of arrogance will be her downfall.

Maybe because the duty staff at the time and then the day production team and producers when they reviewed the nights footage incident and duty log all decided it wasnt bullying just a harsh talking to and a Halfwit overreaction.

God forbid when he does get out in the real world, gets a real job and has an honest assessment off his employer.

Or even worse does go into politics ends up in a fairly important position and then has to answer a question in parliament.
