Yeah it is. It's when you stand behind someone and wrap your arms around their neck like a sleeper hold.

The naked bit is about the way it can be used in other contexts than martial arts and no 'uniform' is used to do the move. Hence 'naked'- no martial arts uniform.

I'm so sad the way I'm into wrestling this much :laugh2:
