Ok. Imagine I am standing on a stage in a large auditorium, and have just got up there to make a speech. I have a microphone. I will ask you a question. I will ask you to make, perhaps, the MOST important decision you will ever have to make in your entire.. err.. month. But please.. please.. listen to what I have to say first.

<Holds mic up to mouth>

"People of the world. People of Great Britain. BB watchers everywhere. I implore you, from the depths of my heart. Please listen to what I have to say..

<pregnant pause

I didn't like Marcus an awful lot at the start of BB this year. And halfwit.. well.. I thought he was harmless enough, if I am honest.. so cut him some slack... ..after all.. there were bigger fish to fry in the house. Lisa, for example.

Now.. over time.. Marcus grew on me a little. Sure, still full o'crap.. and still rather self importamt (or should that be impotent?) but.. well.. I was prepared to cut him slack too.. at least.. I didn't hate him anyway.. after all.. the house would have been boring without him.

And just recently.. he has been the star of the show in my eyes.. 'Great Value' is what some people would call it.

And the boys (and I mean the boys, if you get my drift) have slowly learned that Marcus is just simply trying to liven up the house - and in doing so, they have come out their shell. Siavash is no longer a mouse, Freddie is no longer a soft hippy, and has grown some teeth.

They all saw that Lisa was a slime bag. A nasty piece of work. They saw right through her. And togther... they stuck. Friends, united in hatred.

Bea.. well.. she led us to believe that she was on the boy's side. That she was in the league of hatred. So everyone understood.

.....Hmmm. But this week... this week... Bea turned.

Only 10 days ago.. Just TEN days ago.. She hated Lisa, and I mean HATED her. She thought she was a cockroach, a nasty horrible b*tch. She called David an 'unpleasant loud uncouth horrid person. Horrible laugh.. thoughtless whining queen.'

Ahh.. but that was before we found out who Bea really was.

A two faced cow.

Yep. She turned to the DARK side, in order to play her game. Clever, calculated, and planned. She is has singlehandedly turned the waiverers against Marcus and halfwit, and jumped ship.

"Ohh Lisa.. I love you really. Your my best mate. And so are you David.. awww... you're great. Yeah man.. isn't halfwit an a*se... Le's all go and sit at the bus stop and slag him off."

But we can see. Ohhhh.. WE can see you Bea. WE ain't stupid, and we don't fall for your little hissy fits and crybaby histryonics.

Like the big man says.. take a look at yourself Bea, before you dish it. It is YOU that is the one who can't take it - NOT halfwit.

Stealing halfwits cider, and calling him a *****ing tool.. ain't cool. Marcus told you. And he was right. You, not he, is the problem. That's why you are hated on the outside world.

So now.. ladies and gentleman.. "What's the question?" I can hear you shouting.

It's simple.

I love the fact that Marcus has got the boys out of their shells.. and knocking the BB authorities down a peg or two. Yes.. yes.. I still think he is full of Bull.. and acts like an arrogant sweary know it all.. But I like him.

I love.. LOVE the fact that halfwit is doing Bea's head in and showing her up.. and making her life a misery. Cuz we all hate her.. right?

So.. what to do?

If halfwit leaves.. then Bea has her little victory but still has marcus to keep her in check.

If Marcus leaves.. then he gets what he wants, and gets to have his well earned chat with Davina. And halfwit can carry on annoying Bea, Lisa, Charley, David, and co. All the [i]girls[i] basically... But in a boring house.

That's the dilemma.

Having thought about it for the last hour... I have decided to come down on the side of keeping MARCUS he has in the last few hours stated on live feed he would like to stay.

in this late hour let us please make a rally and vote vote vote to evict freddy.marcus is essential to the remaining weeks he is a legend we cannot lose him!!
i thank you for taking the time to read this now please send out the shout across the whole internet.
MARCUS MUST BE SAVED! MARCUS MUST STAY!
<puts down the mic>

Vicky. 14-08-2009 07:54 AM

Actually on LF he said he wanted to go, but he will stay if viewers want him to.

Which is what he has been saying since the start really...

fallenkal 14-08-2009 08:03 AM

Who cares if Marcus wants to go? Haven't I been hearing that it's the viewers decision?

I think you're fighting a losing battle though, and it doesn't matter how many times you vote for Halfwit to go it's still going to be Marcus.

It's the last straw for me. Let people vote for the bores to win.

ElProximo 14-08-2009 08:05 AM

Marcus is one of the biggest fukktards to every go for as long as he has. Mostly thanks to Big Brother deliberately saving or 'carrying' him weeks past his due date.
He and his 'fans' ought to be thankful the annoying deluded immature baby made it this far at all even if 'artificially'.
Yes, it was entertaining to see Marcus kept around to show himself up as a complete tool, moron, coward and more than anything a petty hypocrite,
but,
We get it. Yes, we all get he got his comeuppance and haha great,
but,
Done. His act is lame, played out and at this point he is drain on the house in general. A liability to the possible entertainment value and a downer.
So,
Let him go out, get booed and laughed at. The interviewers can attempt to expose him as a self-righteous hypocrite etc etc.. ..he will go into super-defensive mode and 'block it out' got it,
then,
Let the real fun really begin.

And btw.. anyone here who actually believes Marcus cheap fake and actually boring 'act' about wanting to go home has to seriously wonder if they are as perceptive about Marcus as he is about himself.
Yikes.
If you can't see through that then what can you see?

<in the voice of winston churchill>

Even though large parts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the bores and all the odious apparatus of lisa rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in the diary room, we shall fight in the garden and sitting room, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our marcus, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the bus stop, we shall fight on the forums we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the dark horse.

Good post! I have just posted my dilemma which is similiar to your post, but you have put it much better! LOL. I think your right about keeping in Marcus, I'm swaying towards him much more now!

Chels 14-08-2009 08:42 AM

You believe this forum's votes will actually make a big difference?

erm i dont remember saying it would :pat:
not a big difference but if 1 person reads it and thinks actually thats how i feel im going to vote to evict freddie instead then it has achieved its aim

28thapril 14-08-2009 08:59 AM

So your ( theEarthAngel ) on ds i've just read this shorter version over there!!!

And again i agree but i won't be voting as i love them both:thumbs:

Jintyrocks 14-08-2009 09:09 AM

I was thinking along the same lines. WHO do I want to go? Not Marcus, but then again DID I want to give Bea the satisfaction of evicting Freddie?

Marcus is more watchable - so he has to stay :)

thelionspet 14-08-2009 12:38 PM

Excellent post

Great analysis... you are right and I totally agree, Marcus to stay.

The only thing I hate is giving that Bea the satisfaction of getting him out. However, Halfwit's cockiness out ways that.. so MARCUS TO STAY..

DaniBoi 14-08-2009 12:45 PM

It's a lose - lose situation in terms of entertainment whoever goes tonight. Looks like tonight will be the last episode of BB I'll be watching.

bananarama 14-08-2009 01:09 PM

Marcus said he wanted to go. He shouldn't be messing with peoples heads........On off on off.......He made is choice let him go he has nothing more to offer except a foul mouth and infantile gimmicks..........Go Marcu Go.....and let Bea play with Freddies head....

kjago 14-08-2009 01:14 PM

I am voting for Freddie to be evicted simply because I think if Freddie is in there without Marcus the wolves will tear him apart.

Niamh. 14-08-2009 01:14 PM

Brilliant post Bobnot  Would love if Marcus stayed as well but It's not looking likely!

Patrick 14-08-2009 01:21 PM

WOOO!!

That was an excellent book :thumbs2: I Ussually hate them sort of threads but I read that and then slowly began to think you were going to tell us to vote out Marcus :cloud:

But then I seen the end! :cheer:

MARCUS MUST STAY!

Or BB10 will die!

It didnt die when we lost Sree like everyone said
It didnt die when we lost Noirin like everyone said

BUT It will die when (if) we loose Marcus tonight, hes the only one in there with a pair of balls and speaks his mind.
Freddie is a little pussy and wont do **** unless Marcus is there.

Marcus knows now by his fan mail, that he is liked by the outside.
And he`ll be even more entertaining!

MARCUS TO WIN:dance2:

Cybele 14-08-2009 01:22 PM

Marcus didn't say he wanted to stay. He said that if the public kept him in, he wouldn't quit. He has been saying that all along which is why he has been begging to be evicted. He refuses to quit. He wants to go out and meet Davina etc.

billy123 15-08-2009 06:50 AM

i love you all goodnight and god bless :thumbs::xyxwave::elephant::dazzler::cheer ::cheer::pat::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Freddie believed Marcus really wanted to leave. He could not read Marcus's true wish.
And Freddie openly said that he would stay and Marcus would be leaving. Oh it was his own downfall.

Freddie was so naive but I loved him anyway.

Good luck, Freddie. (Forget about politics!)

I have not decided about Marcus yet.
