Were they really expecting him to show emotion.

Marcus and Rodrigo are the latest housemates to receive their messages from home.

"This better be good!" said Marcus in his best macho voice while striding towards the Task Room, his face fixed in a blub?-not-likely grin.

An his smile spread even wider hen a hologram of his friend Helen appeared. She told him, "We're so proud of you. You've been so funny," before telling him off for swearing too much.

"F-words, F-words!" said Marcus rebelliously, before bellowing a triumphant "Rock on!" and heading back to the Sitting Room.

"That's my friend Helen," he told the other housemates proudly. "She's sexy."

"I want miiiine!" moaned Sophie, who has been wondering all day whether she might get to see Kris. "The suspense is killing me."

Next to be called was Rodrigo, who looked absolutely delighted to see his UK 'parents' Jenny and Peter. "Hello Rod - surprise surprise!" they chorused.

Rodrigo beamed with happiness all the way through the message and tearfully told them, "Thank you, I love you so much!"

You do realise they're not actually there Rodrigo, don't you?


Back in the Sitting Room he got hugs and kisses from everyone, including Charlie, who he seems to have buried the hatchet with. He told the housemates, "I'm really happy to see them because they didn't know I was coming to this show. I'm so happy. Thank you Big Brother, thank you so much!"

Only Sophie and Siavash still wait for their messages, and they're on the edge of their seats. But will Sophie get a message from her Prince Charming?

i'd say rodrigo tried to give the hologram a hug
