she was expecting her mum, but her friend did her message instead.

so what do you read into that?

could it be if she,s not liked her friend would do the message? possible reaction for the blubbering

Ultimately, her parents are to blame for the way she has turned out.

They are probably too ashamed to show their faces on TV.

it's not for the HMs to decide what is what. It's how they DEAL with what's given to them.

I haven't seen any footage of the videos from home. But if she was NEGATIVE about her tape, it would NOT surprise me!
