How did he steal something when it didn't belong to anyone.
I'm not saying he did the right thing but they were given to all of the housemates.

It's only stealing when you take something that belongs to someone, or do you have a different definition ?

Charlie and Sophie went into someone else's belonging's and stole something that belonged to that person, not them.

No that was one of several packs off the table at the tea party BB gave them after the Alice in Wonderland task. All those who smoked had a pack and they were left.

If he left them they would have had none at all...at least the way it was, they didnt waste a packet...I very much doubt BB would have called anyone to the diary room and said 'you forgot some cigarettes'


Its not stealing if it was a group reward, however taking something from someones drawer, something that actually BELONGS to someone, is stealing.

Marcus didn't steal the cigs. He put them past for when the smokers didn't have any. BB let the real thieving begin with Kris & Charlie it should have been stopped then.
