Charlie\'s motivation for attacking Siavash

IMO, he thinks if he argues with the perceived favourite, it will make them look bad and get them evicted. He did it with Freddie successfully (in his mind) and is now trying it on with Siavash.

Sir_Diary_of_Roomus 25-08-2009 10:50 PM

Exactly. So transparent.

BBmassive 25-08-2009 10:51 PM

Charlie and Rod and Dvid outed Siavash for the lier he is

Dolphin-and-Whale 25-08-2009 10:51 PM

He's never liked Siavash, you could see this from the early days

mrs-big 25-08-2009 10:51 PM

Yeah, i agree, but its just making Charlie look even worse!

sunny 25-08-2009 10:52 PM

charlie sees siavash as the bigest competition.

pixee 25-08-2009 10:53 PM

I don't even think it was as calculated as that, i think it was just instinctive "I could be up and it's his fault" i think when he goes on like that is when he isn't thinking about how he will be percieved, hence the wierd moment where he suddenly started singing and dancing straight afterwords like a prize mincer it was like back into vote winning mode

Chuckyegg 25-08-2009 10:53 PM

he kicked off very low and below the belt as soon as siavash reminded him of the Bea incident.

Jordan. 25-08-2009 10:55 PM

Hes a big FAKE its so obvious it makes me vommit! :yuk:

I don't think it is particularly calculated. I think it's simply that he thinks 'well it worked with Freddie so I'll do the same with Siavash'.
The first instance was motivated by jealousy after the newbies said Freddie was the fave. In his mind, he probably thinks the argument is what got him evicted and is now doing the same to eliminate Siavash.

jet 25-08-2009 10:57 PM

Charlie has balls, and he tells it like it is. I don't think it's planned, he just goes off when he gets riled up, like Rodders.

1. Because he perceives Siavash as his biggest threat and is trying to make him look bad.

2. Because he is trying to do a Craig Phillips from BB1 - stand up and 'expose' the 'gameplayer'- and make himself popular in the process.

3. Having a tantrum - because he is a deperate wannabe who was scared Siavash's actions may have put him up for eviction!

VashToWin 25-08-2009 11:01 PM

Good thread but no need for it. Siavash outed him tonight and he shut up while thinking what to say back.

I didn't get the background to Siavash's accusation. What conversation was he referring to?

Good point it did work for him with Freddie at least in his eyes

Good point, never thought of that. Charlie does seem to be trying to be a mix of all past BB winners.

santaa 25-08-2009 11:28 PM

Charlie was huffy/angry because he got a a nomination result of Siavash. He is immature. Hes not totally confident of not being up.

Exactly.
I would imagine that when you have a row in the Big Brother house, no matter how angry you are with that person, you must be thinking about how it's going to be put across to the public at the back of your mind, Roddy has shown it, Marcus has shown it, Charlie has shown it, Siavash has shown it - and if you think your in the right and the public will be behind you, you'll do it 10x more when the next one comes along.
Bea was convinced that the public loved her after both Norin and Freddy left after a row with her, and Charlie is clearly thinking along the same lines. I was astounded when he practically boasted to Freddy during an argument that he was "having a row with the favourite."

MaratSafinForever 25-08-2009 11:38 PM

charlie is right you donkey, siavash is not nominating what do you expect you idiot

luminoussun 25-08-2009 11:38 PM

Charlie is playing the biggest game plan in the house.
But he is starting to crack and it will ruin his chances thank god

He tries to imitate Brian Belo with his constant saying I dont know big words when he so obviously does. How come he managed to get on with Bea but would not tolerate Freddie?
He just wants to make sure no one nominates him.
