Up for a laugh, cheery, makes people laugh, generally a nice person but also has an opinion.

Is David the most underrated housemate?

But he's guilty by association....he knew the score on Lisa when he entered the house....so i'll give him underrated....but he is thick as mince, & his blooming great lound voice pure grates with me.I f he'd take his head outta lisa's arse, he'd have done better.
