legend not quite,had this been another housemate id be seeing a thread about so and so moaning,yet this is marcus speaking his mind...further more im pretty sure bea/cairon/kris did the same yet this guy is somehow a legend.

Marcus, along with Rodrigo and sometimes Charlie is the only one in there not afraid to speak his mind.

Bea was a manipulative and scheming actress, Marcus isn't.
Cairon was an aggressive, skinny little wannabe gangster, Marcus is far from it.
Kris was a sly, bullying superficial bastard. This is the opposite of Marcus.

i do see your point,i cant see the point in pure hatred of any housemate,however me personally im pretty sure i have no hatred for the guy,im simply objective..

i had said on a few occasions yesterday,marcus had lightened up since noirin left,seen a more endearing side to the guy,but when some go on like he's a legend while dismissing anyone else's view thats where i see an issue..

i am by no means here to slag off a housemate,simply put things in perspective.. yesterday for instance,people had thought marcus was "on top form" on last nights HL show,when in fact he hadnt done a thing,he gets praise for so much as flexing a pec or having a wank in the bathroom,while yesterday david/lisa on the bus not hearing each other was way funnier then anything marcus had done all week..

i dont see marcus as a complete ****,i see his humour shine through at times,however at other times hes a numpty (like the toad/frog identification,when he lost the tokens) so he has good and bad moments like any other housemate,so he's nothing more then any other house mate..

if marcus fans can jump around the forum berating other housemates,or forum members who like those respective housemates,then they really should expect much the same type of critique when it comes to the irrepressible dark mule..

Marcus may be telling it like it is but he's omitting the real reason he's in the diary room complaining yet again - and that is he wants the money because it's a challenge (or was). When he went into the diary room he pretty much said there was no point in doing anything anymore (as there was no prize to win) and then tried to contradict himself by saying that he couldn't care less about the money. Yeah right Marcus - we believe you - NOT. I mean, why bother staying the house doing nothing except lie under you're duvet and slate the other house mates - unless you're in it for the money.

I liked it when Marcus first stood up to BB and he has got a knack for telling it like it is but he is also a game player and although he's made the show good to watch on several occasions I can't take his arrogent, rude and obnoxious attitude anymore. It's one thing to be savvy but Marcus has no respect for anyone other than himself. I'd hate to see someone who cares so little for anyone other than themselves get the money no matter how entertaining he may have been at points in the show.
