I have liked Siavash since very early on in the show but I have to say, I am a little sceptical. It is possible he is being sincere, of course, but the timing is a little suspicious. Still, perhaps we will find out for sure.

so far he prove he is a man of his words and stick to wat he say beside he could make that money back easily because he have brains and a good heart and he is creative

i believe every thing he say because so far he been honest and he keep it real

I am not sure he is actually lying. But at the same time I doubt he will actually give the money away if he wins. My gut feeling would be that it was a dubiously timed remark which he will rethink if he survives the vote today.

It is the timing of it that bothers me the most, to be honest.
