It's not Britney, it's just one of those so-called 'demos' that are done by someone else and possibly intended for her but she won't ever record it so it just stays floating around the internet.

They said that about Madonna's demo Revolver with him and she actully did that for Celebration!

I thought it was odd that Britney and Wayne did a collab.

Also I actually liked this song and thats extremely weird, since I think Britney sucks for the most part.
