The only reason folk say it is because of her scraped back hair and big earrings. She isn't a chav though. She is better than that. Chavs are scum.

michelle is fantastic, my third fave person of all bb history (nadia 2nd and emma 1st) ... anyway, this issue with housemates being chavs hasnt really popped up until this series *cough* Maxwell *cough* but i'd say no.
