Unless you count the Nominations Can Be Discussed thing, but that was in response to the rule breaks.

The big twist for next year: Big Brother don't actually manipulate the highlights to favour one person.

Too many people walked to do any twists... maybe... or they are just not that bothered this year just going through the motions and will go out with a big bang next year

No secret house/ rooms. No double/ surprise eviction.

They did have that non-housemate thing at the beginning though.
