Nominations Mess
 

There has been so much messing with the nominations this year, that I think something needs to be done to change it.

Maybe when BB7 starts, the nomination process could be scrapped altogether. Everyone could be up for eviction EVERY week, and that way, they wouldn't just step their game up on the odd occasion they are nominated.

If next year's show is the same as this year, with people being banned from nominating etc, then I will be very disappointed. In my opinion, the times that people have been banned from nominating this year have been a deliberate attempt by BB to mess with the nominees. The main reason I say that is because there have been instances of "talking about nominations" and "influencing other HMs" which have gone unpunished, but yet it seems that when it suits BB, people are punished, resulting in a predictable nomination scenario.

Just my opinion. Anyone like to add to it?

Well nominations are part of the game I reckon.. Maybe they could just let them speak about nominations, that would make for good television.

Changing the rules like that would chance BB completely.... housemates wouldnt try an minipulate each other as the viewer would see their every move and decide their fate.

We could have a new system....

We vote for the person we want out from Tuesday to Friday. Then on Friday nights 9pm show the house is told which 3 housemates have got the most public votes.

While we are watching the highlights show they have to pick which housemate is leaving in the diary room and give a reason. At the end of highlights show they announce who is leaving.

During the interview show the housemate evicted would get to watch with us the voting process in the house and the reasons they were chosen.

I think only have nominations for the first few weeks and after a month just let the public decide.

yeah, that sounds good. Complicated (I had to read it twice - brain fart time for me) .. but I like the sound of it.

I like that idea! It would keep the housemates on their toes as well. Just because they are popular with the fellow housemates, wouldn't mean that they are popular with the viewers - might stop people getting smug and complacent.

I reckon it would be better, boring housemates like Vanessa wouldnt stay as long.

Yeah, that's the trouble with the current system. We don't really "decide" as they say at the end. We only get to decide after the HMs have decided.

They seem to change it every year but have to be running out of options. I loved your idea ~RedMoon. BB May end up adopting it :thumbs:
