OFF TOPIC: How do I upload my avatar?
 

I can't see where I upload it in my Control panel.

You need to link it to somewhere like Tinypic.

Upload the pic there, make sure it's the right size (no bigger than 150 x 160), then copy and paste the image location to the Avatar Url box in Control Panel >>> Edit Profile.
