Bless them all, Demobilisation is a bucket of mixed emotions. All that time of 24/7 building up memories, both good and bad, but shared defining a common existence. A lot to be missed. On the other side the thoughts of getting back into civvy street rebuilding bonds with friends and family, wondering what you've missed out on whilst you've been away.

Bitter/sweet. Not surprising there were tears.

If it was much much different maybe it would be better. But I don't really buy into that. Loads of people with a similar sound around at the same time as him. And I'm sure the kids will tell you what a great person he was :thumbs:
