That just looks like a poor roll up to be honest.

The white at the end whilst could be a roach looks about the right size and shape for a filter tip (and is the right colour).

Granted it could still be a roach, but they also don't seem so concerned about the way it has been burning down, which would suggest to me that it is a roll up that a joint.

I would recommend using OCB Premium Slim papers (they come in both normal and king size papers, nice and thin so less smoking of paper (and it would also give us a better clue by the colour what was in the cigarette but has very strong gums that almost never come unstuck no matter how much you are struggling for saliva after being on some sniff all day.

put 3 skins together and roll one up smoke 1/2 of it then have a look what it looks like you will see a band round it just like that

I've seen more than you think I did and I can tell this is not a spliff just by looking at the top of it. Period. It's just a bad roll up cigarette, nothing else than this.
