Mods/Admins- Where do you draw the line between housemate and forum member?
 

With housemates joining the forum, where do you draw the line? Say someone calls a housemate who joined the forum in a thread, does that count as a rule break or are we still allowed to call them for what they did in the house? And say someone makes a negative thread, what happens if the housemate is signed up, does it count as someone making a hate thread about a member?

I think forum members and housemates should be treated equally and i know im not a mod just my thought.

So now we have to pretend the sun shines out of their arses? Now lets put it into a hypothetical situation, a few months down the line, housemates still post but someone starts a thread saying how awful they are. Does that count as slagging off the housemate or member?

FFS don't you think that IDH would be able to handle himself on a forum. And he can especially handle Tom. Let him say what he likes within the forum rules...

I'd have thought the same rules apply to comments about HMs that they do for the rest of us.

Most of the hate that HMs get while BB is on is exaggerated anyway.

I think it only begins starting with the next season. Until then they are official BB Housemates.

He doesn't like participating in level playing fields.

The problem you have with HM's joining forums is you have that white line of being nice and then being hypocritical. It wasn't long ago these HM's were getting hammered and all sorts of vile was written about them.

I like to think im a nice enough person but iv i was in a conversation with Siavash on MSN or phone etc, i would tell him some of the things i didn't like about while he was in the BB house. I will still respect him as a human being though.

You have to be honest though and not bullshit for the sake of it.
