Sweet Disposition at #15 on Official UK Chart

Okay you could say that BB is dying, but the song was the song featured during the best bits of the series. It has gone from #29 to #15 this week, the biggest climber!

I would say that most people are buying it because of hearing it during the final, i downloaded it after hearing it and i guess loads of people did. 2 weeks ago the song was already falling out of the chart but its #15, good BB boost there!

Niamh. 14-09-2009 01:57 PM

It is a good song though!

It was #17 on downloads on Thursday September 3rd. So your facts are inaccurate. Sorry.

What does that say about the average age of voters? - when was the last time most of us bought a single?

I think mine was about 1996 during work experience.

and that was back in a time when albums in HMV were about £16.49

God bless the internet making driving the cost of music down.

King Gizzard 15-09-2009 09:41 AM

HMV prices are still bloody high, most cds in ones ive been in are 12quid or more unless on offer

certain websites do the same cds for like 4 quid! lol

Yeah, but it was worse, the competition has really buggered them up, there was a time it was HMV, Our Price, (Virgin/Tower Records) that was all their was apart from small independant ones that struggled to compete.

I was a huge fan on 90's uk pop punk. I used to buy albums from a mail-order record label called Crackle, they sold albums for £5. HMV still had them as £16.49 so wrong.

June and an actual physical single, not a downloaded one.

It was in the 4Music ad as well and its in the movie 500 Days of Summer so it all probably added up.

BB has a huge online fan base so its possible. You don't really have to sell that much to get into the top 20.

bigbrothermad123 15-09-2009 06:45 PM

All of the BB best bits songs get promoted by BB, shows how good BB is.
