This is somewhat a tradition of mine - in a number of categories similar to other established music awards [Brits/NME/etc.], TiBB members can nominate and ultimately vote for who they believe to be the best act in each category.

Notes - a band uses instruments in their live performances, groups do not. The Pussycat Dolls are a group, The Kings of Leon are a band. :P

Yeah, basically Twilight. It's for bad music, not like...being an annoying celebrity or something.
