Yeah I always do, I'm aware that to some people it might seem like I'm trying to get back with them but I don't see it that way myself, it's more like why should you automatically have to not speak just because you've broken up? You used to care for each other to some extent, why suddenly stop that?

I'm pretty much on good terms with all of my exes. I don't think I've ever had a bad break up.

One of them I am friends with, we started talking again after a year and now we are good friends... another one we were friends but then we suddenly stopped talking, not sure why. Then the other one... I just don't talk too at all.

I'm the same as yourself in that regard. Prefer drawing a close to proceedings really, kinda like finishing a book and going on to another one. Tales already been told.

for me Ex's remind me of the bad times and i hate having them in my life
