Little Boots was rejected at an X Factor audition.

Mollie King auditioned in 2006 and then again in 2007 witha group, got quite far, she is now part of The Saturdays with 5 hits!

James Morrison was dropped before the Live Show of Fame Acadamy

Kinga from BB6 got to bootcamp in 2005 but dropped out herself to appear on BB.

Who else can you think of??

So the people that have been rejected and wont make the live shows, dont be suprised if they make it big!!

Sarah Whatmore only made it to the top 50 in Pop Idol but managed to get a record deal. Only released 2 songs but I don't think they actually did too badly

Just looked, yes i agree with Sarah. Her 2 singles:

When I lost You- #6
Automatic- #11

She deserved to have a number 1 with "when I lost you"

No both won.

In that series, 1 female band and 1 male band both won. But for Pop Stars the otehr one, it was Hearsay who won and Liberty X that lost to them.... OOO....

Come to think of it... Liberty X. Didnt win, but were massive at the time, with all their songs becoming hits with most in the Top 10!! They were great I have to admit.

One true voice and Girls Aloud, once the 5 singers were chosen for each group they went head to head to get the xmas number 1! I have just looked on wikipedia and it said Girls Aloud won the xmas number 1 spot and stayed at number 1 with sound of the underground for 4 weeks.. one true voice got to the xmas number 2.

Duffy got turned away from an X factor audition. Didn't even make it to the judges from what I have heard.

Jennifer Hudson was eliminated like 3rd on American Idol.
