Good Documentaries!!!
Thought I would post some good docs that I have come across over the years :D.
The Doctor who hears voices - Doc about Rufus May who believes all mental hospitals should be shut down and also suffered from Scitzophrenia. This doc follows a patient he is working with who is hearing voices, using no medication. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si_tCGuPg9E High on Crack Street - A 1995 documentary by Richard Farrell follows 3 crack smokers around Lowell, Massachusetts, chronicling their cocaine fueled misadventures. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkQpawBClK0 Ben: Diary of a Herion Addict - As a bright schoolboy from a loving, middle-class family Ben Rogers was expected to make a success of his life. Raised in a quiet, picturesque village Ben was a Boy Scout, loved cricket, played in the school orchestra and looked forward to the annual family holiday. But despite his privileged start in life Ben found himself on the road to ruin, injecting heroin up to four times a day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1g1IZ...eature=related These are ones that interest me, not saying you all will like them. There was one called Black Tar Heroin: Dark end of the street which was good but youtube have taken it off. |
Just watched the last one, not seen it before so was a bit of a gamble, ended up being really good!
