It's from a movie. Basically a bunch of girls insult others in this thing called "A Burn Book" and at the end of the movie one girl copies all the pages and spreads them out all over school. And one girl picks one up of her and it says "Made out with a hot dog" and she was like "IT WAS ONE TIME."
