This is about billboard, i don't understand it is it showing the downloads for the year the month because at the bottom it says * Titles with the greatest airplay and sales gains this week.

And down sold 1,000,000 records. is i gotta feeling selling 10,000,000 someone explain!

All I know is that "I gotta feeling" is HUGE over there being #1 for 15 weeks and that "Down" is also extremely popular.

The Billboard chart is NOT the most reliable source for poplar music btw. The UK one is far diverse.
