Dr. Rossa Waldorf - once was the top surgeon at TiBBattle West, now is suffering from progressing Alzheimers and is dying of AIDs. currently resides in a nursing home where she sits bitterly re-enacting her glory days as top dog. Mother of Mark.

Nurse Fahey - renoundly slutty lesbian nurse, has been known to frequent the the dermatology sectar. we daren;t ask why...

Shaun Collins - a Romanian immigrant with a severe case of hypocondria. makes continous visits to the hospital for daily check ups and scans

Hugo Montag - the hottest new act on the music scene, but is unfortunately living a life of drugs and alcohol poisoning. Suffers from paranoia and media related stress also

Dr. James Lemon - fulfilling his first year of internship under the watchful eyes of...

Dr. Linda Fiercington - chief resident, hardcore, no bullshit general surgeon with a heart of gold who struggles to juggle work with family and general being fierceness.

Paramedic Dean - General nice guy who's recently learned he's color blind meaning he can no longer drive the ambulance. instead he sits with patients as trainee paramedics take over the wheel.

Twilight Twitty - Pop phenonomen Twitty will make a series of cameos throughout the series as she shoots for her movie debut, Spielberg directed, 'Humping In Hospital Beds'.
