Why is Brian Friedman still there messing everything up?

I mean look at Rachel starting off. Looked like she was in some vegas act with flamethrowers and a bunch of Marcel Marceaus or KISS fans bobbling around not doing much.

Jamie's sort of set looked extremely camp for someone they're trying to brand as "the rock guy". Looked like the theme was a gay Harley Davidson bar.

Lloyd, despite not being able to sing, was further put off with all that choreography of the girl who kept having to rush up and bother him.

All that cheesy choreography suited J+E though.

Since he became Creative Director (S4), I think the live finals have become worse.

The problem is he tries to make everyone's performances too big, it worked for people like Alexandra as she could always pull them off but not everyone can do the dancing stuff. I think he's definately improved since the fourth series but he needs to reign it in at times.

Yeah, what he did for Same Difference worked too; but the majority of the time he overdoes it, especially for those without big voices.
