In your user CP click edit avatar under settings & options and upload it there

Kidding, but seriously, he was the best of everyone I have heard. ANd I feell bad, because I didnt give him a chance during the auditions. Just thought of him as the cute Geordie CHeryl had to put through, kinda like her John and Edward. BUt he is actually very, very good.

I don't get all the Joe hype, I think hes really average. But Rikki and Lloyd are something else in the bad stakes.
