Catholic plot to dynamite the houses of parliament. Every 5th November is fireworks night and most towns burn an effigy of the main culprit on a huge bonfire, many English towns still burn a Pope effigy.

NettoSuperstar! 30-10-2009 02:43 PM

hehe

Enid 30-10-2009 02:49 PM

A penny loaf to feed the Pope.
A farthing of cheese to choke him.
A pint of beer to rinse it down.
A fagot of sticks to burn him.
Burn him in a tub of tar.
Burn him like a blazing star.
Burn his body from his head.
Then we'll say ol' Pope is dead.
Hip hip hoorah! Hip hip hoorah hoorah!

The Pope looks scarier than any Scream mask

I thought you were a "christain"?

Fom 30-10-2009 03:15 PM

Yeah but it is a Pagan holiday isn't it? If you are a truthful Christian you wouldn't celebrate it, it is in a way like saying if your Christian you shouldn't celebrate Hanukkah.

As a Christian I dont celebrate it but it is more because I am an adult.

Protestant and yes both are Christian but i do not agree with quite a bit of catholicism and can have a bit of a laugh at the Pope (I cant help that being a Rangers fan!).

Celtic all the way lol!!! I won't disagree with you about the numerous silly rules of Catholicism though:joker:

Religion, Religion, RELIGION. Such a killjoy these days.

WOMBAI 30-10-2009 03:53 PM

There is nothing wrong with a bit of fun for the kids - some people just take themselves far too seriously.

BB_Eye 30-10-2009 04:14 PM

The Vatican are a joke these days. I feel sorry for a lot of Catholics actually. They need a third Rome.

Scarlett. 30-10-2009 08:48 PM

The Pope needs a bitch slap off his balcony

setanta 31-10-2009 04:58 AM

It's always good to keep in touch with your pagan Celtic ancestry - Pope should stick his beak in other affairs.
