Could Stacey pull an Alexandra?
 

I was thinking about this yesterday, Alex only became the favourite last year a few weeks from the end. If Stacey kept up her quality of performances to this week's standard do you think she could win?

I think she could, the next few weeks are crucial though.

i think she will become fav to win, but then come 2nd

She might be able to, I hope so, I am pretty certain she can make it to the final now :D
But I still think Olly will win, and either Joe or Danyl will be the other finalist.

Yeah :( Especially when there's no judges vote and it comes down to the person with the least votes, many may just assume she's safe. Plus it's going to be hard to top this week in future weeks.

And yeah Mark, Olly, Joe, Danyl also are in the run for the final with her, one of them is gonna miss out...

I like Jamie, but his fanbase is too small,
and Jedward and Llyod cant possibly make it? Or am I just assuming,
cuz theyre fanbases are large...?

I'd be surprised if she doesn't at least get to the final. Danyl and Jamie won't have the support to survive the public vote, Lloyd will have gone by then and I don't think Jedward will make it to the final leaving Stacey, Olly and Joe.

Would be a good final them 3, dont like Olly in particular,
but those have the biggest fanbases (maybe Llyod and Jedward more than Joe, but not for the right reasons :joker:) and its good when you have a final where somebody at least likes one of the acts :D

I think that Alex's popularity kinda spanned from Diana's exit from the show. If someone like Olly were to leave I generally think Stacey would become firm favourite to win

I Like Staceys singing voice,but when she speaks it all comes undone,those sharp intakes of breath after each sentence is annoying,and IF she ever makes it to America the poor sods will never understand her.

I don't think Stacey will do it in one performance. I think before the live show she had the biggest fan base and over the weeks it has become smaller, but one good performance will bring them all back, and two is a bonus. She hasn't been that good in the live shows but was brilliant last night, and if she can keep it up next week (Dannii needs to stop with the indie/diva songs) then she will win.

I think Alex's popularity stemmed from the fact that she had come back for a second time - and obviously worked hard to improve her singing performance. Lot of admiration for that and the fact that her performances were always perfect.

I hope she can! I dont want her to fall like Diana, i hated when she was voted off last year, come on Stacey!! she is getting into that final!!!!

i think she will end up in 2nd place... she is veryy good :)
