Someone who cannot make or construct their own conscious decisions because of a chemical imbalance in brain or because of early experiences? Really depends on which area of Psychology you maintain is correct, really.

I agree, there's no objective term of 'sanity' because we all have moments where we're not fully in control of conscious decisions because of overriding emotions/chemical imbalances.
