Some people say it as well - irritating as hell!!

Shaun 18-11-2009 06:11 PM

the most annoying thing people write is "would of" or "should of" instead of "would have/should have".

Maybe they are Irish?

Why didn't you start that sentence with a capital letter? Seems pretty dumb really when you have gone to the trouble of making a spelling and punctuation orientated thread.

It was a valid point. Glad to see you could respond to it in such a mature and concise manner. What's the point in lambasting others grammar if your own is not perfect? I don't claim mine is, but then I don't make threads about it either, do I?

No but your punctuation is still shit, so it seems pointless to go lambasting others grammatical woes.

i missed out a capital letter and the odd full stop boo hoo, i don't give a ****. it was about the spelling and i was just wondering, so if you don't want to answer the question, i suggest you find someone else to bother about puctuation and grammar.

Well, there's no answer really, beyond the fact that some people have a **** way of spelling things like you have a **** way of punctuating things. Would it have been productive of me to make a thread wondering why people don't start sentences with a capital letter? Probably not. I'm sure like you that the people who make these mistakes also 'don't give a ****'.

Jords 18-11-2009 09:23 PM
