Basically all in the title, is she playing her 'character' in How Clean Is Your House or is that genuinely her?

I think it's really her. I have an aunt with OCD who behaves similar to Kim, although less OTT.

I do think she acts up for the cameras from time to time. She's not completely genuine. But I still like her...
