Need help with a Computer/file related problem.
 

Right, I have this Doc that I downloaded, I downloaded it in separate parts and then WinRAR merged it. I was just wondering how I can get it in to separate parts again? I think I have the separate WinRAR files, but can't do anything without merging. (It's so I can upload it to youtube)
