Why do the public Hate Big Brother so much?
 

Its easily the best show on earth.
Yet it gets blasted and hated on more than any show in the UK?
Why?


Us Big Brother fans get called Low Lifes all summer long because we watch it.
Whats wrong with it that makes the Public hate it so much?

I dont know if it was like this during BB7 as I remember everyone loving it then.
I cant really remember BB5 but Im sure the public hated that too because of Fight Night?


Im not really asking why its being axed from C4 as I know that because of Jade Goody and Shilpa Arguing lost it ratings.

Im asking about why BB and its fans are always said to be Pathetic?

I see Nothing wrong with the show, its better than most shows and yet people still make it a target every summer to complain about!


Example:

If I were to go onto a Social Site and say "I love Big Brother!"
Someone would coment saying "OMFG Who still watches that ****!"

Big Brother is a love/hate show. That is why they get these opinions.

They put stupid people in there for one, glamour modelling wannabes from agencies etc.. no half decent normal people. However times have changed.. ANYONE would want to go on for a bit of fame/money! It is because of Jade that it lost ratings, people find it a joke and it was a joke Jade trying to make a bigger career for herself by yet going into bb again. Anyway it is down to the housemates and also decent tasks and twists! We need extoverts, eccentrics, down to earth, hardworking, interesting people who deserve a break on big brother!

Anyway the public are stupid and snobs I suppose!

Majority of people just see it as crap because they see it solely as 'people living in a house' and that they can't understand why anyone would want to watch that.

Whereas infact, it's a social experiment designed to test peoples abilities/inabilities at living together with complete strangers. Well, at least it started out like that.

The reason it's a good show is because anything can, and does happen. That's the thing I love about Big Brother, the concept is so simple yet so effective. Sadly, these people can't see that and as the show has been on for many years, many fans have lost interest and it's gone from one of the biggest shows in the country to one of the smallest.

It happens. It's a shame, but there's nothing that can be done. Big Brother has had its day in the UK, for the time being. But it will be back in the future, without a doubt.

Yeah.. Also, I suppose they should spark some contoversy this year, get people talking about war, religion, lol then everyone would gasp!! Need great challenges, tasks, and just things for the housemates to do, they have to do thing to stay in the house, see how desperate they get, the producers need to get the housemates to argue! There are so many people in the UK that I have not seen in big brother!

I know a few controversial task ideas ro get people talking already. lol.

Also it is a love/hate show.. well I dont know.. the last thing we want it to be is the "boring" show.. which well it is NOT a boring show, but we do have tragic boring housemates, if freddie, angel and marcus were NOT in bb10, big brother would have been boring!!

Also.. Hira bb10, rachel bb9, well they were a bit boring but I liked them too because they were decent nice people and not some wannabes! but I just want to know how did they make it through the big brother auditions? arnt the producers and that meant to be really harsh? are the potential housemates meant to be bitchy about their competitors? just want to know what hira and rachel were like.. what they were like under pressue during the auditions.. umm

yeh,, loads of people hate BB.
They say its because 'they just sit there all day, and soemtimes argue'

Lol I love the arguments! But anyone can have an argument.. lisa and co in bb10 were just a bunch of fag trenching bus wankers!

We need people who are interesting too! and competitive in the tasks! I like people who are also funny and unique on their own like freddie, angel and marcus, rather than people who need to be with a pack of minions to get them noticed.

Most of the public have just gone along with the opinion that 'big brother is crap' when if they actually watch it they probably wouldn't think so. I don't see how anyone couldnt watch it, it's hilarious and interesting with a hint of cringeyness.

I love BB but all my m8s dont they say its boring because its just watching a bunch of ******* living in a house doing nothing

Just goes to show how unpopular she is, what BB winner goes from being on Big Brother and WINNING it to go back and work in a school :joker:

She took the money and ran. She wanted to be a teacher.. however not sure what Rachel would have done if she lost. A lot of the winners usually take the money and run.. only Kate Lawler who is a winner has done quite a few things. If your personality stands out and even if you don't win.. you will get the offers if the people who want to employ you are not big brother snobs.. which unfortunately the majority are!

BB winners from BB6 onwards have been the nicest or dumbest HM's who meant no harm really easy pickings

Rachel was never going to earn millions just like Brian and Sophie haven't simply cause been a BB HM now is a curse:joker: None of 'em got Heat front page covers which if that doesn't happen you know your in trouble.

I think Jade was a pretty good reason to hate BB.

Its so true, the way its been spoken about you would think it is the most horrendus show ever created.
Its a marmite show, as most reality shows are, but BB gets the most stick.... not sure why.
