You won't get many cheap flights to outside Europe, and I'm not very clued up about flight prices so I'll just name some nice places eh hahah.

Canada (probably not cheap to live by), New Zealand, Senegal (Dakar, don't know about anywhere else), Japan (cheap cheap cheap), Thailand.

For work, I'd go to Canada cos they're econemy is still good so there's jobs there and it's supposed to be a cool place, the only problem is the flight there would be expensive I'd say!

Also, they speak English
