Does anyone else usually feel the semi final is quite intense but this year its just like another live show?

It's because it really doesn't matter who wins out of this bunch. They're going to fade into obscurity, who ever wins it.

Yeah I agree.
The semi final, and even the last few live shows, just haven't felt as good as previous years. I do think the reason for it is because of the lack of talent, that all four acts are just okay and none of them will become huge world stars.

stacey will get second
danyl will get third

and olly is going home tomorrow

The intensity has been taken away by the day gap between live show and live result

i agree, the gap makes it worse, prefered it as one show

They can get it back next week though, if they eliminate 3rd place at the end of the live show, then reset the voting until the next day then have winners performances on the results show, then that will work well. But it won't happen

i hate the day gap so much.

I cant even begin to think how bad the final will be with the day gap..I thought theyd at least make it one night for the final!

Yeah last year's semi final was much more intense, even though I knew what the result would be It was still intense, this year's isn't, the only thing I'm dreading is Stacey going home, she better not!

Next year they need to bring back a FULL saturday will performances and results. I don't see anyone of these 4 doing amazingly well. Joe will have the most work out of it

Its not happening, they will vote for all three acts, then on Sunday the 3rd place will be announced.

I dont think the intensity has gone, i think its its just intense, or maybe even more. Theres more of a wait which makes nerves and tension build up in both the contestants and the audience.

So i believe there's more intensity than there ever was

The waiting makes it way more intense for the contestants I agree, not too sure on the public, I dont feel intense about it anyway :P
