I have to ask you, because it's been piping my curiosity for days, but is that actually your rabbit in the avatar? And if so, what's it's name?

Yep, he's mine. A little rascal but absolutely adorable and his names Rodney. I didn't name him myself, but I think it actually suits him.

My first thought was Rodney from Only Fools And Horses. My second thought was yeah, that's a pretty swell name for a rabbit.

I have a soft spot for the buggers. They have more personality than hamsters and gerbils but they are far easier to manage than cats or dogs.

Well he's a young one and I think he's getting too territorial so the old snippety snip snip is probably called for cuz he's driving the guinea pig mad at the moment. But apart from that he's been really great... very affectionate creatures when you give them the time, especially the lop eared fellas.

Jords 09-12-2009 10:08 PM

Aw James dont cut off Rodney's balls :( Think about how you'd feel with none!

Btw, great name, he looks like a Rodney.

Thanks Jords but I'm afraid it has to be done. He was driving the guinea pig nuts today and he sprayed all over us once.... I had to hold the guinea pig back cuz he wanted to really go for him after that one! Seriously Rodney went for him then kicked away from us, spraying shite in his wake. Very aggressive and territorial display.

No problem, and ahh, ya best get him done. It stinks when they spray.
I had a cat, Socks, (died last year :(), but mum kept saying im gonna get him the snip, but in the end he never got it done and he got to keep his balls, but we sure knew he had the bloody things.

I just worry about the guinea pig with him in that kinda mood, that's all. With me he's as good as gold... just the little lad could do without it.

Well, I'm quite a mix, but an European one. I'm very European looking because Mum is Italian and Dad is Russian. People sometimes ask me 'Where the hell do you come from ?'. So yeah, I guess Caucasian.
