Cutting people loose
 

From your social circle; have you ever done it? Or, God forbid, had it done to you? I've cut so many people out of my group of friends/instigated things, never intentionally but it always seems to be me!

Once when I was in Year 5 and I cut somebody lose because he stole my shiny Charizard, I'm STILL angry about it I coulda got £20 for that. It offended me deeply, I never got to see the glowing shine of another Charizard again :sad:

*sees him years in the future and punches him in the face*

I don't cut people often ussually, I get others to do it for me.

I've done it.... about 4 times I think. They were all people I thought were bad people to have in my life so I just nudged them out slowly. Now I don't even speak to any of them neither does my circle. it's very refreshing.

I dont cut people loose completely, but I loosen the strings between some people if I think they are gonna cause me trouble or something.

Yep, I can think of three occasions straight off the bat that I've just stopped being friends with people because they have betrayed me so badly. Two of them I didn't even bother to tell them why, because I couldn't even bring myself to talk to them about it, the other I'd known for years so felt I at least owed it to our past friendship to explain to them exactly why.

And every single time I've felt so much better afterwards, like they were injecting poison into my life and once they were gone I felt healthy again! No regrets.

I've never had it done to me but I don't think I've ever given anyone reason to!

I sometimes lose contact with people,some people who I really like so I should make more effort! Have never intentionally though,I've never had any problems with my friends,luckily.

sometimes you have to do it for your own piece of mind.

I'm not really sure whether it's coincidence, a testimony to my level of putting up with crap or if I'm a horrible person, but it seems to happen to me a lot. I reckon it's happened with about 10 people, although I'd say only three of them were negative things, and only one of them I have bad blood with, I can put up with the other two if I'm forced to hang out with them.
