How do you get rid of spots?:puzzled:
because most of my friends havee spots... and they keep asking me how to treat themm??
:/ and i tell them 'i just dontt GET spots :eek:'
it actually just annoys me now,and they ask me like... every day, 'what can i do to keep spots away?' and 'what do you do?'
UGHHH, so annoying, i try to get away from my friends,, and i go and findd some other people to hang round wiith , lmfao :joker:
So,do you know any ways?

Spot cream/pads.

Sometimes people cant help but get them, achne for example,
they shouldnt worry about it, theyll go.

i don't really get them

i just wash my face with soap and water everyday then clense and tone.

IDK i try everything and it never works i just have to hope they go soon.

No really, I never had much and I didn't do anything special for the few I had.

Eat lots of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water! Exercise as well!

Better than creams and potions any day!

I think diet plays a huge part in the condition of your skin, as well as your daily intake of natural, fresh water.
