How did you get rid of your spots/acne?

Since last week, mine have been out with a vengeance! Its mad!!

How did you get rid of yours?
I hear Sudocrem is very good, so I bought it today, and will use it tonight.

Also honey and lemon is good for scars left behind, so i will soon use them as well.
See if anything happens, hopefully.
Ive had spots for 4 years now, since Year 8, was when it was the worst!

Callum 01-01-2010 04:32 PM

Yeah me too. I just wash my face with soap like every day but I never had acne really.

Tom 01-01-2010 05:29 PM

I never really got spots, but the best thing to do is leave them alone and not worry about them, they'll go on their own and if you put stuff on your face it will make it worse in the long term. As hard as it sounds try not to squeeze them as well

Drink loads of water and if they don't fade or go away or keep coming back go to the doctors and ask for some oxytetracycline

xf-lol. I just keep washing my face, putting something specifically on one part of my face never seems to work. Luckily I rarely get spots

Stacey. 01-01-2010 05:59 PM

I dont actually get spots :D ,but Ive heard that Sudocrem is good.
also, drinking water is important, to keep drinking it.
chocolate brings out spots, so try to avoid as much chocolate as possible.

no, its not the case with everyone.
it depends what your skin type is like.
But in lots of people it can bring out spots :spin:

its been scientifically proven that chocolate has no direct link to the cause of spots
