Post Christmas/New Years depression.

Anyone getting it? Mine just kicked in full swing. Thank god for Celebrity Big Brother. Feels like I have nothing to look foward to until summer, and even that aint as good as the whole glorious, over indulgent Christmas/New Year's time.

Here's to the pointless first 3-5 months of the decade.

Scarlett. 03-01-2010 02:35 PM

I was getting it last night until I told myself to get over myself xD

InOne 03-01-2010 02:36 PM

I was depressed before during and after Christmas/New Year, hopefully CBB will sort something out lol

Chels 03-01-2010 02:37 PM

Stu 03-01-2010 03:02 PM

Oh and the Masters Snooker is on but like all other things in life watching Snooker felt better in the run up to Christmas :bawling:.

InOne 03-01-2010 03:10 PM

Snookers passes the time I guess, not watched much in the last 2 years, need to get back into it

Stu 03-01-2010 03:12 PM

I really get a kick out of just drinking on my own and watching Snooker. Feels very ... proper. Just chill out with a few cold ones and watch d'Snooker, pretending that I also called everything the commentators call.

InOne 03-01-2010 03:19 PM

Indeed, I wish I was about in the days where they used to drink pints while playing and stuff. But yeah I guess me drinking whilst watching makes up for it. lol

It doesn't usually hit me until February but by then theres not long anyway

Arneldo 03-01-2010 03:22 PM

I walked out of my bedroom a while ago and saw all the decorations where gone. Bye bye Christmas 09.

Billy 03-01-2010 03:43 PM

I was fine till I read this thread and started to think :/

Enid 03-01-2010 03:46 PM

I feel like this at the start of every year because I don't know how things will pan out. All I know is that I'm moving again, perhaps go on holiday. Other than that, no plans, no motivation.

Barbie 03-01-2010 03:48 PM

i wasn't happy between xmas and new year, now its the new year theres something different, and i feel quite happy and feel it could be a good year, had a great few days, work was good for once, got looooads of shopping and there could be more snow to close my college, all is well!

MissKittyFantastico 03-01-2010 03:51 PM

I've still got that start of a new year optimism at the moment.

That usually sees me through the first couple of weeks after Christmas and New Year but then I get all demotivated and pissed off again. Maybe this year will be different though *fingers crossed*.

biglover 03-01-2010 04:04 PM

I have it :( Its the worst time of the year

MrGaryy 03-01-2010 04:05 PM

I'm feeling like **** atm, really really depressed. D:

Tom4784 03-01-2010 04:09 PM

I was depressed on the run up to New Year's Day as I didn't want to turn 20. I'm okay now though, I don't have to worry about another milestone for 10 years now

Your 20's are great, don't worry about that! When you turn 30, now that's something to start getting depressed about lol.
