Most bookmakers are running with the first evictee market. However:

Paddypower have the Double Evicyion Market:
Double Eviction

Singles Only.
Applies to the two housemates evicted by public vote on Friday.
Bets void should any of the three walk before the eviction.

No - at the moment Katia and Heidi are the odds-on favourite pairing to be evicted, but the odds are likely to close after tonight after they show Sov's tantrum.
