Why did Jonas nominate Sisqo and Sov for the second eviction?
 

As the title says... though he liked them?

It's cause they ran out of smokes and are now smoking his. He blames them for not bringing more smokes in. And he thinks Sisqo boasts too much about other celebs he has hung out with.

They are using him for smokes.

But then again he might of done what Heidi did and tryed to save Sov but it failed.

Jonas doesn't like Sov. He tolerates her.
