Totally agree.

So many of them are being quiet, on purpose.

Disagree big time, shes one of the few decent people in there.

Oh, he's right that she keeps her mouth shut and is trying to float through.

Nah I think Nicola is genuine actually.

She does go from group to group a bit but I think she just likes everyone in there, apart from Stephen.

I think she is playing it safe a bit, I thought she was mates with Sov and then she nominated her, she seems to have more opinion in the diary room than she is letting on to the rest in my opinion, it could be a gameplan.

Nicola is not quiet! She's chatty and friendly with everyone, has been from the very start.

Stephen has a bitter grudge against her because she dared correct his lies. Fool.

Even if she were wrong(which she certainly wasn't) where's his forgiveness?

100% agree, never understand people who call her boring, shes been really chatty and funny. I think its jsut because she isnt a threat to cause arguments..
