It is high time that we acted on this?

Works very well with the Dutch, so why not.

It'll do ***** all I think, If a teenager is presented with a chance of sex I bet most of they time they'd do it regardless of a few teachers telling them no. It's a better plan to focus on the importance of contraception and perhaps highlight STDs and such to scare them into being more careful. If I was in charge I'd redo teen sex adverts, a good advert sticks with people and those are badly made adverts written by people out of touch with this generation.

Unfortunately the results do not back up your argument.

Just have plenty of foreplay before going all the way.
