Fed up with all the bullshit on this forum about Vinnie. From what I've seen, he has walked away from confrontations and arguments. He's a strong character who speaks his mind and as Nicola has said, "what you see is what you get". Most of the others seem grateful he's in charge of the cleaning, cooking etc, and most of them speak highly of him and like him.

I've seen absolutely no evidence of any coercion or bullying on Vinnie's part - what seems to be being suggested is that he's ruling by fear which is absolutely ridiculous. I haven't seen anyone cowering or intimidated in his presence, nor do they avoid his company. I see a bloke who says what he thinks, no messing, and doesn't suffer fools gladly. I've watched him sharing friendly ribbing with other HMs who give as good as they get, and I've watched him walk away from stupid arguments, especially those fuelled by alcohol (Sisqo). Vinnie has not just taken the reins, they were willingly and gratefully handed to him by other HMs and are there to be retrieved by any HM willing to do what Vinnie does best, heading a team.

Its hypocritical to bang on about things Vinnie has done in the past as a reason to hate him now, when the same people refuse to condemn their favourites for mistakes they, too, have made in the past. Surely HMs should be judged on what contribution they make WITHIN the house in the context of CBB being a GAME show and nothing more. Whoever plays the game best (in the eyes of the public) will win. Whether that's Vinnie or Sisqo will be determined by how many people pick up the phone and spend their hard earned cash.

Sisqo is pissed off because he thinks Vinnie is his main competition. In actual fact I think there are a few in there who could win. Whoever survives tomorrow will definitely stand a good chance, so perhaps instead of slagging off Vinnie, his supporters should be campaigning to get his two fellow nominees out otherwise he has no chance of winning at all.

I don't really care one way or another if Vinnie wins (although I like him and I think he's done enough to deserve it), as there are others in there I would be just as pleased to see win.

Hes not a bully so much as he's a control freak and he wants it all his own way, I for one would hate to live with him! If you dont conform to Vinnies way he sets out to make your life a misery!

there is also a thing called mental bullying.

Vinnie manipulated other HMs into doing his dirty work. A prime examplle is when Dane kept attacking Sov.

Vinnie is able to control other people's minds because they must be mentally deficient in some way that they are unable to think or speak for themselves.

The blame therefore lies firmly at the door of BB producers who have:

a) chosen people with mental weaknesses or severe personality disorders that make them vulnerable to suggestion
b) allowed Vinnie to practice his amazing powers of mind control over the other HMs (perhaps this is another career path Vinnie can take and give Derren Brown a run for his money?)

We all went to school with bullies, (chances are). They didn't have to bully you for you to be afraid of them. Though they may never have picked on you, or intimidated you, you were intimidated by them because their reputation went before them. You knew better than to answer them back. Vinnie is the quintessential hard man, that's what he as on the football field, that's who he is in the movies, and most pointedly of all, that's who he is in real life.

He has 2 convictions for violent assault, and air rage. 2 more violent incidents, attacking a journalist, biting him on the nose, and a bar brawl in the States leaving him with severe lacerations on his face.

You don't need to know any more about him to surmise that people are rightly intimidated by him. He rules by fear. If someone was foolish/brave enough to assert themselves before him, it's a fair bet they'd be on the reciving end of serious violence. This is how he reacts when pushed.

He's a bully, by the very definition of the word. An out and out thug.

Yeh he may have mellowed in his old age but he still wants it his way and woe betied anyone who dares to question him

He's a top man!

Gave his first ever film fee (lock stock) to a heart hospital ( the whole fee) and is giving his 350k fee from BB to war heroes, to help our troops. :xyxwave:
