Again, there is a big difference between being a young, drunk twat and making a mistake with a fourteen year old dressed up as an eighteen year old ... and being a full blown paedophile. The latter of which have a consistent, definate attraction to young childen.

I think some cases are not cut n dry.

It's all about intent. If he knowingly slept with a 14year old then, yes, I would call him a paedo. You need to check what the word means. It's about state of mind. Sleeping with a 14 year old who looks over 18 does not mean you have a sexual interest in children generally. It means you were fooled once.
