I was at the auditions, i didn't ice the cake though and give them tingling sensations in the little toes or big toes for that matter. :bawling: The man who had the camel suit was behind me, nice guy, mates with a guy who was dressed as an ugly sister from cinderella. The girls in the BBC video, and the boy. Hes trying to be a breakdancer frm cardiff,
:dance: and the girls were not that interesting, doubt get through :sleep: Imogens sister was there who allegedly said they were ringing and inviting people back who got through to the finals on previous years. :nono: most people would say, who gives a flying poop.

Merlin got through to the callbacks. Ha what a muppet, seems lke a nice enuf person tho. :joker:

I must of been near You in the line. Me and my friend there near a french guy an old Spiritual lady. When got to front of line was near a really loud gay guy and his friend.

yeah i know who You were. I was in the warm up group after the glitter heeled gay guy with the mum and daughter. Everyone i know was getting a no after the short interview with the producers. Except my male buddy he got through and went back the next day. What was your character like what did they ask you in the short interview with the producers.

I auditioned in Manchester. I got a middle-aged curly haired woman and a small skinny blonde woman. They were really judgemental about all my answers, so it made me really on-edge and nervous.

My mate got a guy with glasses who, I think he said, was gay (or came across that way) and a small woman with beady eyes and glasses, who said nothing but reacted to everything he said.

Ah. Oh well i'll never go in there now. I wonder how many people got to the long application cause like everyone was getting no in that room before it. The woman was a Bitch that told me no

so who you know that got further through? Were there people watching you during the warm up or the games in the first stage? There was a guy watching from the sidelines a big serious guy and some ladies that weren't doing the actual activities. Seriously i don.t think many people got to the long applications seriously everyone was getting no's

how many people got stamped in your group? A short chubby girl in a pink striped sweater was there she was seriously crazy.i thought my interview went well but then got the no. I guess they know exactly what they are looking for.

I'd say about 1200 people turned up to the Saturday audition in Manchester, and only 300 or so got a yes after the first stage, and even less got a yes after that.

I heard in one of the past BBs that they have a limit of how many applicants to get to the big application stage with the mock Diary Room.
Maybe not a limit, but a general number (550 or something) which means only about 78 people get through to that stage each day at the auditions (Manchester 2days, Dublin, Cardiff, Glasgow, London 2days).

1200 people and only 78 places - that's A LOT of no's!

so only 78 get to the mock diary room when they come back the next day. My friend said there were only 10 people there when he went back for his discussion with other potentials and his diary room.

The 78 people thing isn't a definite, it's just a calculation from something I heard about past series.

Your friend was probs only with about 10people because they're given time slots of when to come and do the DR.
They don't want everyone turning up at the same time, to then have to sit there for ages just for an interview that won't even last 10minutes. If they give appointments then it spreads out evenly across the day.

my friends interview went for 35 minutes. He said big brother was trying to make him slip up then trying to make him laugh. Big brother told him to keep it quiet and to answer private numbers. Apparently they were really interested in a Bimbo chick in the discussion

Yeah it's to try and catch people out and stop fake people going in. You get gameplayers and fame wannabes but it's to stop the liars.

And (not certain) but when they watch the clips back to decide who they want to take further, I think a psychologist watches them as well to see body language, facial expressions, etc. to try and spot things. Like if BB brings up a topic and the auditionee looks uncomfortable then the BB team will probs take that on board.
They don't wanna put someone in a situation where their life will be splashed over the press if they can't even have a conversation with BB.

he would though he has made a few videos. There was one guy there that had a really good life story i hope he heys through. Other than that the mum and daughter were boring. There was an old man with Toupe and purple vinyl pants he was unusual.

Why do they ask for them but not if they can see it? He did say big brother was saying for him not to speak to anyone and to keep it hush also during the group discussions he said there were two ladies one old one who he thinks was a psychologist and the other he didn't know. He also said they knew who they were interested in already and ignored some people altogether

Oh damn.. so he has got far into the rounds? Yeah there will be psychologists lurking around trying to catch you out. They probably do have their minds set on who they want in. The producer told me they are looking for people who can sustain intellectual conversations for 13 weeks. I think they should only let in a model from an agency or whatever if they have proof of intelligence. Such as a page 3 girl with a law degree? because all the models and page 3 girls we have had have mostly been a bit thick. BB are full of bollocks. lol

I know a lot of people are intelligent without degree's etc.. but for some housemates they are going to let in such as the stereotypical glamour girl.. they need something different to what we have NOT seen before which clears them away of the "stereotypical blonde bimbo" etc..
