Skins is overrated

It was by far the worst episode ever. Everyone I've talked to about it was disappointed last night. Absolutely crap start to a new series.

It wasn't bad it just wasn't a series opener. Shoudl have opened with Cook or Effy, as much as I dislike them!

Exactly. Thomas isn't big enough to make a big impact for an opening episode.
As Naomi gave Sophie the coco powder, she should have been first, I believe it's not fair she's left out with no episode this series, so is Pandora. Freddie and Thomas should have never had their own episode, both are useless.

That being said, what is done is done and we're done with Thomas. I disagree with starring Effy as opener because she is the main character of the series and everything will unfold on her episode which is probably going to be in the end.

Naomi does get an episode. She is the final episode of the series. Twins should reall get a jopint episode and give Pandora one. It'd make more sense.

According to the latest spoilers, the last episode is Everyone. It makes sense actually. Before reading the order of the episodes, it made sense to me Emily & Naomi would have got a joint episode as they're a couple and a lot of fans were more interested in Naomily than in the rest of the crew so I was very surprised they haven't.

I liked the idea of Effy appearing at the end of the episode, so i'm glad it didn't open with her.

I hope we know where Effy was all summer long. She looked beautiful last night but still less shagable than Michelle lmao

Naomi and Pandora dont get an episode???? Thats not fair at all!

Thomas shouldnt have got his own, he should have just been a big deal in Pandora's, and Naomi is amazing and deserves one, though she'll feature a lot in Emily's. :)

Is Emily and Katie's together or seperate?

Separate. Emily is featured next week while Katie has her episode in 3 weeks.

Oh thats good then, I dont care for Katie but hopefully that means Emily will be in Katie's a lot too. :hugesmile:

Does anyone know why they decided to only do eight episodes this series? It's shame really, because ten episodes goes quick enough as it is :sad:

That episode was crap. I think Thomas is one of the most boring Skins characters ever. No-one cares.

What a waste of an episode. I consider this series to be 7 episodes now because it was so crap.

It was pretty bad.
But I don't really like Thomas as a character so I prepared myself for the worst.

I loved the start. I just don't like thomas but i liked the episode, i like the darker episodes and it's looking like it's going to be like series 2 was.. very dark indeed.
STILL this cast and no other cast will beat the origional. Ever.

Not surprising, loads and loads of people I know watched it last night so I knew it would do well but it was a **** episode. I really didn't enjoy it but then again I've never warmed to Thomas. Such a pointless character.

I really seem to be the only person out of everyone who ive talked about it with who loved it...
